Terms
These terms apply to your use of LowellBrown.com and any course, webinar series, coaching or digital product you buy from us. By buying or using our products, you agree to these terms.
Our programs
Live sessions are delivered on Zoom at the dates and times listed on the sales page. If we ever need to reschedule a session, we'll tell you by email and the replay will still be available.
Access and replays
Your purchase gives you personal access to the course content for the period stated on the sales page (for example, replays available for 30 days). Please don't share your login, recordings or materials with others.
Recordings
Live sessions are recorded and the replay is shared with participants of that program. If you choose to share your screen, profile or questions during a session, you agree they may appear in the recording. Sharing is always optional.
Intellectual property
All course materials, videos, prompts, templates and handouts are owned by Insight Design & Communications Inc. You may use them for your own business. You may not resell, republish or distribute them.
Educational purposes only
Our courses, live sessions, coaching, emails and other content are for educational purposes. They share our opinions and experience, and are not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. You're responsible for your own decisions and how you apply what you learn. Get advice from a qualified professional where you need it.
No guaranteed results
We teach strategies that have worked for us and our clients, but your results depend on your own effort, experience and circumstances. We don't promise or guarantee any specific outcome, such as followers, leads, clients or income. Any examples, testimonials or client stories we share are individual experiences, not typical or promised results.
Third-party platforms and AI tools
We teach how to use platforms and tools we don't own or control, such as LinkedIn and AI writing tools. Their features, rules and algorithms change often, and something we teach may stop working or change after we teach it. Check any AI-generated content for accuracy before you use it. You're responsible for following each platform's own terms.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep our content accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee that all information is complete, current or error-free. We're not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from relying on it.
Payments
Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). At checkout you may be able to pay in your local currency. If you do, the amount is converted at the exchange rate shown at checkout, and that converted total is what you're charged. If you pay in USD with a card issued in another currency, your bank sets the conversion rate and may add its own fees. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment processor.

Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
