Refund & Guarantee
Live webinar series: Session 1 guarantee
Come to Session 1 (live or replay). If the series isn't right for you, reply to your confirmation email or email [email protected] before Session 2 begins, and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
After Session 2 starts, purchases are non-refundable.
Other courses and digital products
Unless the sales page states a different policy, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you've completed less than 20% of the course. Downloadable products (such as templates, guides and prompt packs) are non-refundable once downloaded.
Monthly membership
Your membership renews automatically each month on the date you joined until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge. Your access continues until the end of the month you've already paid for.
Membership payments are non-refundable, and we don't offer refunds or credits for partial months.
Founding member rate: if you joined at a founding rate, that rate stays locked for as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel, the founding rate ends, and rejoining later will be at the current price.
Coaching sessions
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
How refunds are processed
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, in the currency you paid. Because exchange rates change, the amount that reaches your account may differ slightly from what you paid. Your course access ends when the refund is processed.
